Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of a total of five members; including two people elected from among the members of the Advisory Board and the General Secretary. More than one representative from any organization may not take part in the Board of Directors. Anyone who has an administrative and financial relationship with a conformity assessment body or a first-degree kinship or marital relationship with the decision-making authorities of these bodies cannot be a member of the Board of Directors. Representatives of institutions and organizations to which a conformity assessment body is affiliated or related cannot take part in the Board of Directors.
The Board may appoint up to five directors to maintain NAC's corporate experience, respond to changing representation needs, and meet the needs of corporate membership. Executive positions filled by appointment are for one year or less and expire at the close of the annual general meeting following their appointment. The appointed General Secretary may be reappointed for any number of consecutive terms at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
